I have been a Chief of Staff twice - most recently at Guild Education for the Co-founder and President of the Learning Marketplace team. Prior to that, I was Chief of Staff at Change.org for the Product Development team. While chatting with over 100 aspiring and current Chiefs of Staff, I recognized a theme: the Chief of Staff role is extremely ambiguous and often lonely.
The combination of those discussions and the clarity/confidence I received from my own Executive Coach catalyzed me to begin coaching for this role specifically.

I am a seasoned Operating Leader that has guided executive teams as Chief of Staff and also enabled scalable operations for critical People and Product Development teams. I was part of OnDeck’s inaugural Chief of Staff cohort. I started my career in management consulting and have since worked for EdTech and social impact organizations. I have over 12 years of operations, program management, and people leadership experience.
In my spare time, I enjoy making music with my band, exploring intercultural relationship dynamics, and exploring all that Oakland has to offer my husband.
