👋🏽, I’m Aarti.
I am a seasoned Operating Leader who has guided executive teams as Chief of Staff and also enabled scalable operations for critical People and Product Development teams.
Most recently, I was Chief of Staff at Guild Education for the Co-founder. Prior to that, I was Chief of Staff / Product Operations at Change.org for the Product Development team.
I started my career in management consulting at PwC and have since worked for EdTech and social impact organizations like Guild Education, Change.org, and EducationSuperHighway. I have over 12 years of operations, program management, and people leadership experience.
Amongst all my career achievements, my greatest personal joy has come from supporting individuals to navigate and reach their career goals.
I am excited to combine my passion for mentorship and experience as an Operating Leader to empower aspiring and current Operating Leaders to take on the role with confidence.
I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), that did my training through the Co-Active Training Institute.
In my spare time, I enjoy making music with my band, solutioning around intercultural relationship dynamics, and exploring all that Oakland has to offer with my husband.
