Over the past 14+ years, I've built and scaled high-performing teams across mission-driven organizations. Most recently, I served as Chief of Staff to the Co-founder at Guild Education, and previously led Product Operations at Change.org. My career began in management consulting at PwC, followed by impactful roles at EdTech and social impact organizations like EducationSuperHighway.

Through Cadence Operators, I offer executive coaching, facilitation, and leadership development tailored for Operating Leaders. My approach blends strategic insight with human-centered support to help leaders navigate complexity, build alignment, and lead with clarity.

I'm a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and hold an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Outside of work, you'll find me making music with my band or exploring Oakland with my husband and daughter.
