Over the past 14+ years, Aarti has built and scaled high-performing teams across mission-driven organizations. Most recently, Aarti served as Chief of Staff to the Co-founder at Guild Education, and previously led Product Operations at Change.org. Aarti’s career began in management consulting at PwC, followed by impactful roles at EdTech and social impact organizations like EducationSuperHighway.
Through Cadence Operators, Aarti offers executive coaching, facilitation, and executive search tailored for Operating Leaders. Her approach blends strategic insight with human-centered support to help leaders navigate complexity, build alignment, and lead with clarity.
Aarti is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and holds an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation.

As Chief of Staff at Quantive, he helped scale the company from 20 to 500 people while building and implementing the OKR systems that kept teams aligned through rapid growth.
Harry coaches Chiefs of Staff and operational leaders on designing lightweight execution systems that actually work in practice. His approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience - he's not just teaching frameworks, but sharing what he learned while building and living with these systems during real scaling challenges.
