Aarti Bhatnagar

Aarti Bhatnagar is the Founder of Cadence Operators. She operates as an Executive Coach, Facilitation Partner, and Executive Search lead for Operating Leaders (e.g. Founders, Chiefs of Staff, Business Operations Leads, COOs, and Heads/VPs of Operations). She serves her clients as their second brain and thought partner, supporting them as they navigate the challenges of their roles and organizations. Her approach is “coachsulting”- a hybrid between coaching and consulting in which she asks powerful questions that guide the client in finding answers themselves while also providing concrete advice, training, and guidance from her own professional experiences.

Aarti was a Chief of Staff twice - more recently at Guild Education for the Co-founder and President of the Learning Marketplace team. Before that, she was Chief of Staff at Change.org for the Product Development team. Aarti was also People Operations Director, leading a team of 10 operators, and a Program Director at EducationSuperHighway, where she developed consulting programs for the country’s 14,000 public K-12 school districts. Aarti began her career as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, supporting several Fortune 100 companies. 

Aarti is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and holds an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Harry Siggins

Harry brings a practitioner perspective to AI coaching, grounded in years of operational leadership. As Chief of Staff at Quantive, he helped scale the company from 20 to 500 people while building and implementing the execution systems that kept teams aligned through rapid growth. That experience gave him a clear picture of where operational leaders spend their time — and where AI can genuinely change how they work.

Harry coaches Chiefs of Staff and operational leaders on understanding AI at a foundational level, adapting it to their existing workflows, and building with it effectively. His focus is on helping people develop the thinking and problem-solving skills that transfer across tools, so they feel confident exploring new approaches on their own. The tools change every few months. The thinking transfers.

Harry specializes in helping operational leaders position themselves for AI-forward workstyles. He's deep in the technology himself — building systems, testing new tools, figuring out what's actually useful — and brings that firsthand experience into his coaching. For leaders who know they need to get smarter on AI and want a guide who's actively in it with them, Harry meets them where they are and helps them move forward.

Matt Wood

Matt coaches operational leaders through critical inflection points: new funding rounds, team builds, product launches, and the transitions that demand strategic clarity and stronger self-awareness.
His operator career spans Fortune 500 consulting at Deloitte, running operations at a YC agentic memory startup, leading company operations at ElevenLabs, and nonprofit advisory work at Social Finance.

Matt employs a blended coaching approach, drawing also from his work at Stanford GSB, where he facilitates the MBA program's Interpersonal Dynamics course.

As AI reshapes how operators work, Matt brings focused expertise in AI upskilling and workforce management, helping leaders adapt their teams and workflows for what's next.

Matt holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and his coaching certification from Erickson Coaching International.
